• What is AsterSpring Rewards Program?

  AsterSpring Rewards Program is the new Rewards program designed exclusively for AsterSpring members. There are 2 membership tiers in the program: Member and Red, with more rewards and privileges based on the membership tier.

• What are the benefits of being part of the AsterSpring Rewards Program?

  You can enjoy discount for products and/or services, exclusive birthday gift and privileges.

• How do I join as a member?

  You qualify with a minimum spend of $300 nett in a single receipt at any of our centres, excluding AsterSpring Flagship store at Lazmall, Fave or any 3rd party platforms.

• When will my membership be activated?

  For customers who qualify, membership will be activated immediately after signing up.

• How do I upgrade from a member to a Red member?

  You qualify when your spending hits $6000nett at our centres, from 1 Aug 21 to 31 Jul 22 *. Upon qualifying, Red membership will be activated immediately, and will be valid for one year.

• How will I be informed about my membership upgrade to a Red member?

  A letter will be sent to you to inform you of the upgrade and to collect gifts.

• What are the qualification criteria for AsterSpring rewards program membership tiers?

  Spend $300 in a single receipt to join as a member. Upgrade to Red Member with $6000 nett within the same qualifying period.

• Do I need a membership card?

  For your convenience, there is no need to keep a physical membership card. Members will be recognized via their phone numbers.

• Can I maintain my membership status?

  Your status will be maintained as long as you meet the minimum spending criteria. For example, to maintain a Red membership status, you must spend a minimum of $6000 within 12 months from the date you qualified as a Red member.

• How do I check my accumulated spending?

  You can check your spending with our friendly AsterSpring centre staff.

• Can I accumulate spending from other AsterSpring centres outside of Singapore or AsterSpring Flagship store on Lazmall/Fave?

  You may accumulate your spending made in AsterSpring centres, in Singapore only. Click www.asterspring.com.sg/store-locator for centres location.

• Can I transfer my privileges or benefits to my friend/family member’s account?

  No, privileges or benefits are not transferable to friend / family members’ account nor exchangeable for cash.

• When can I redeem my birthday privileges?

  You may redeem your birthday privileges from the home centre within your birthday month. For example, Ann’s birthday is on 23rd Aug, the redemption period is from 1st Aug –31st Aug.

• Can I enjoy the benefits & privileges at any AsterSpring centre?

  Yes, you may enjoy the benefits & privileges at any AsterSpring centre in Singapore, except birthday privilege, which is to be enjoyed at your home centre only.

• How many times of birthday benefits am I able to redeem during my birthday month?

  Members’ birthday benefits can only be redeemed once annually during the birthday month within the current membership period..

• Aside from Welcome Treats, Birthday Privilege, and Gifts with Spending, what other perks do I enjoy as a member?

  You will enjoy exclusive invitations to member events, where you will get to enjoy special promotions and door gifts. You will receive notifications of such events via SMS or WhatsApp.
