Terms and Conditions

AsterSpring Singapore reserves the final right to alter the terms & conditions without prior notice.

  • Each customer can only sign up for one rewards program.

    No physical card will be issued, member will be identified by their mobile phone number.

    Rewards privileges are non-transferrable.

    Spending accumulation and rewards privileges are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of sign-up between August 2020 – July 2021.

    Birthday discount is only applicable on regular priced items for one-time purchase during member’s birthday month.

    Opt-in for SMS communications is required in order to receive your membership privileges.

    In the event that the gifts are out of stock, AsterSpring Singapore reserves the rights to replace them with other gifts of similar value.

    All gifts must be redeemed within 60 days of our communication, or the gift will be forfeited.

    Gifts cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded. In the unlikely event that the member decides to do a refund on the amount spent and gifts have been redeemed, the cost of gifts will be charged to the member.

    AsterSpring Singapore reserves the final right to alter the terms & conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of AsterSpring International (S) Singapore Pte Ltd shall remain final.

Frequently Asked Questions (Gifts Redemption)

  • You may redeem your gift/s as soon as you accumulate a minimum spending of $2000nett.

  • You can redeem gifts when you have accumulated spending to hit the tiers of our rewards program. We have a total of 3 tiers for redemption: $2000 spending, $4000 spending and $6000 spending. We will send you a text to inform you when the gift is ready for your redemption.

    You may visit the centres or www.asterspring.com.sg to check on the latest available gift options which will be refreshed every quarter.

  • Gift/s redemption do not impact membership status qualification. As long as you continue to meet the membership spending criteria within 12 months from the date of qualification, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the same membership status.

  • Membership privileges may be used within your membership only i.e. cannot be combined.
